Waiting for hours

On the 7th of May we had to rush our daughter to Sunward Park hospital` s ER section with high fever. We got their just before 10 that evening and we sat for more than 2 and a half hours with a sick 2 year old with fever without seeing a dr!! The dr on call was working with ER consulting. This is the worst medical service provider I have ever come across. Your changes of dying seems better that getting assistance from the DR. I Would not recommend this medical service to anyone!
