VERY DISAPPOINTED

Absolutely horrible accounts department. Contacts us a YEAR after visiting the ER for an outstanding account we had no idea of. Started paying off the account, even though we did not and still don't agree with their way of doing things. Account paid off, now we are being harassed by Nudebt Debt Collectors for money we don't owe them! And the amount demanded from us, changed literally every day, even twice today we received emails with the amounts just getting more and more! How is this possible? Really sad that a place where you go to for medical assistance, treats you like you mean absolutely nothing!
