Useless company

I placed a review on Hellopeter on the 13th May after having struggled with them to get a refund. Same day they reply (suddenly) on my emails as well as the review. Full of excuses and promises. 23 May I receive a email (after harassing them again) requesting documents for the refund - which I sent immediately. Promise made that refund will take place in 5 to 7 working days.

It is now 14 working days and yet again - NOTHING!!!

No emails get answered - not even an automatic reply to acknowledge receipt.

I just want my money back.
