Useless and clueless

Took my daughter to the hospital in 2023. Before we left, we paid everything in cash. Now, in 2025 ER Consulting are threatening to hand me over to get R900 I owe them. The Netcare hospital we visited was supposed to pay ER Consulting, but never did or ER Consulting never send them an invoice. I am in credit at Netcare, but ER Consulting now expect me to get their money from Netcare then pay them. Phoned them to sort it out.....Would have had better luck talking to a brick wall. E.R Consulting. Your business practices are ********* and badly managed.

No contact yet. The only thing I got was an SMS to say that I have 48hours to pay. AND, the amount went up. Am I correct in assuming you have handed me over to a debt collector? If yes, Could you please send me the paper that I signed to give you the permission to share my information to a debt collector as well as the contract or any documentation I signed that states I owe you money. When I spoke to your consultant 2 weeks ago, she said she would sort this out with Netcare...............she clearly did not.IF you have shared my information to a 3rd party without my consent, you are in breach of the POPI Act that came into effect in 2020, and I WILL make sure your company is investigated for ********* practices and contravening the POPI act.Does your company not see the reviews left by your "clients" Perhaps victims is a better word?Just my 2 cents worth...keep your clients happy instead of your pockets or else your pockets might run dry.

I sent them Information they requested.
No feedback yet....BUT...I did get the following sms:
TRACE ALERT: a registered Credit Bureau received a default alert on ur name due to an outstanding ER Consulting acc.
And yes "Your" is spelled "ur" in the sms
Do you not understand or care about the legal implications you face due to harassment, threats and breaking the POPI act?
Still waiting for the documentation that shows I owe you money, or the document I signed that say you may share my information to a third party.
