I am extremely frustrated and disappointment with your company's handling of my account. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, I have been subjected to incompetence and negligence on your part.

I recently spoke with two of your representatives who, after reviewing my emails and medical aid statement, confirmed that the account has been settled in full. They assured me that they would notify the attorneys to stop any further action. However, I was surprised to receive another communication from the attorneys, which has left me feeling uncertain about the status of my account.
