Unprofessional unacceptable service

I have been sending numerous emails to ER Consulting and nobody has had the decency to reply and then simply hands over the account to NuDebt without listening to our predicament. Extremely unprofessional, we are dealing with a 93 old man who tries to survive on a meager pension of R 1600.00. Very upset and disappointed that nobody cares and people are purely just a number. Shameful
