Unprofessional and *********** billing department

If I could rate them zero, I would. Their billing department consultants speak to customers as if they are money lenders, with no professionalism or courtesy. They don’t allow you an opportunity to explain your situation, and the entire experience is both unpleasant and deeply unprofessional.
