Unhappy Patient

Last year 03 November 2020 I went to Umhlanga Netcare I was assisted by Dr. RAYMOND Practice no: *** Council no: MP***. I received an invoice my medical aid due to personal circumstances I only managed to pay the account in Feb and it was settled in March. I spoke to the lady by the name of Dineo Seelamo I sent her my proof of payments using my work email address however I never received any acknowledgment from her department or her. I have sent about 4/5 emails still no response from their end. To my surprise this week I got a text from ER CONSULTING accounts department I quote “ HANDOVER: ER CONSULTING INCTel: *** *** for MR SB MOLOI. Handover within 7 days. Please settle immediately.” Unquote. Please can this be resolved quickly!!!!!’
