UNEDUCATED STAFF AT SERVICE CENTRE

I've been getting SMS from ER CONSULTING with a payment gateway. However I want a statement so I can see what I'm paying for. On the SMS the Company number is incorrect. I've been trying to call for weeks. I even complete my details on their website for them to call me- NOTHING! Today I finally get thru and speak to Bafana Let me tell you - this was a very frustrating conversation. I give him my email addy and I can hear, lights are on no one is home- so I said I'll wait for the mail while holding on. Eventually I say read me the email addy back and its incorrect. So I give it to him again, same story but this time he just decided lets make it @gmail.com, again I give him my email address - ok still no statement. ER CONSULTING DO BETTER! Appoint qualified staff or give staff training.
