Threatening communication

I have had the worst experience with ER CONSULTING CRASTENHOF. Last year around August I went to the ER at Carstehof Life Hospital, with chest pains, and as they were taking me through all the tests, the guy at the front desk came into the room and informed me that my medical aid is suspended. I called Discovery immediately and they informed me that the payment I made the previous day cleared but they hospital may not be able to pick it up. The consultant further advised that I tell the hospital to submit the claim manually. Informed the relevant person. He returned 10min later and again stated that it did not go through.... I was baffled as I thought we understood one another and that he would process it differently so that it can go through my medical aid (I do not pay R3000 only for cash to be requested when I need medical assistance). I called discovery again and a different consultant said exactly the same thing as the first, she then asked me to give the phone to this guy and he confirmed that he understood. I eventually proceeded with the tests and left a couple of hours later. Then the horror started I have received numerous phone calls where I explain exactly the same thing to many people. It is incredibly frustrating and should not have happened in the first place.

I get threatening sms's and phone calls almost twice a day. I am ****ed off now and want this to be sorted. Today I got an SMS stating that I have 48hours to pay R803.. The original amount was around R400. THIS AMOUT WAS MEANT TO BE CLAIMED FROM MY MEDICAL AID last year already! This is ridiculous!!
