Terrible ongoing experience with ER consulting

I am extremely frustrated by my experiences with this company. I fractured my wrist on Easter Saturday this year. My medical aid rejected to pay because it sounds like the wrong code was submitted by the company. My medical aid asked me to get a PMB form filled out by the company and sent back to them. Since then I have recurrently phoned ER consulting and I have twice gone to Greenacres hospital. Each time I am told they will get the doctor to do it when he comes on shift but it is not done and I keep getting asked to pay the account. Totally unacceptable. I am worried that by the time they do it medical aid will not pay because their time limit will have been exceeded.
