I am extremely disappointed with the service from ER Consulting regarding a refund issue. We paid upfront, and they also received payment from my medical aid. Despite this, getting the refund has been a frustrating process. I've repeatedly reached out via email but received no responses. David assured us last week that payment would be processed, only to discover today that it wasn’t done at all. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I trusted ER Consulting, but this experience has been a huge letdown.
