So Frustrated!!

I am so frustrated with ER Consulting! They handed me over to a debt collector for an invalid debt. I have called them and sent a detailed email about this matter to the only email address that is provided on their website to no vail (***). They have failed to remove my name from the harrassing debt collector (NuDebt) in spite of me asking them to. Now I am filling forms and making affidavits to report the matter to the Information Regulator (ER Consulting used my ID number without my consent) and the Debt Collectors Council). They have just refused to correct the error.
