Shortfall harassment with calls and sms

I took my daughter to the hospital on the 1st week of June 2024. My medical aid had a R460 shortfall which I claimed for on my gap cover. They started sending me sms 2 days later and I called informing them I am waiting for my claim to be approved form Sanlam gap cover. Unfortunately that took longer than 2 weeks and they handed me over to a debt collector who harassed me every day and sms every second day. I saw the bill going up every week to now over R800. My claim was finally approved and paid to my bank which I immediately paid ER Consulting. I paid what my medical aid couldn't cover (R460) not the R800 from the debt collector. I used the very 1st sms which had a link for payment but I am still getting calls and sms. They are all about the money
