Shocking experience!

My 95 year old mother was taken to the emergency at St Dominic's on 10 May at 16:00. She had broken her hip. My mother had not been in a hospital for 52 years having been blessed with exceptional health. It was too much trouble for the staff on duty that day to even find her some water that she asked for to just wet her mouth. At one stage I was told that there was no doctor on duty. My mother lay there for over 8 hours with just the Panado she had earlier at home. The trauma caused by this lack of treatment and care has left my once fun-loving and vibrant mother, lying in bed petrified of the experience she went through with ER Consulting. The "best" is the account I have received for all her treatment by them???????????
