Shocking debt collection harrassment

I had issues with My Medical aid paying for an ER Visit so I ensured that I kept ER Consulting up to date with the process and delay, I spent hours on the phone explaining what was happening and that I was sorted out the process. My Medical aid in turn contacted them and told them that the issue was with their codes been used and it would be sorted out. They harassed and badgered me from the day after treatment and almost daily via email, phone calls and sms's. They did not give a care that I was actively trying to sort it out and kept them in the loop. They treated me like a ******** that owed them money. Eventually threatening me to hand me over, then shortening the hand over time. I eventually just paid the account over out of my own pocket to get rid of the constant threats and harassment. The day after I pay them, they handed me over!!! Most shocking harassing company that I have ever come across in my life! To not give a continental about a debtor who is actually keeping you in the loop and sorting out your payment to keep harassing that person shamelessly! Shame on you!
