Rude & unprofessional staff and questionable processes!!

Ok I'm so disappointed by the company, staff and its processes. Last year 2020 I consulted and Bill was rejected. I became aware in January 2021. Got emails and requested them to resubmit coz I have funds , ER Consulting goes ahead and hands my account over. Firstly, no one explained their process from then . Whn I call today at 11am the consultant was so rude , telling me it's not their job to tell my medical aid to pay my account and they are not going to do that and it ends there! She's so rude , even switched to Zulu saying " lento uyifunayo asizuyenza , kuphelela lapho" I'm so disgusted to say the least
