******** reporting for incorrect account

I am receiving sms from the above company even though I have contacted them 3 times and advised them that I am not the person they are looking for. I have not been to hospital on the date they claim I have been nor do I have medical aid! I now get an sms that they are going to blacklist me on my credit profile. I even asked to speak to their manager which I was refused!!! Can url contact the correct person and not me for this outstanding account! Seems like the consultants are *********** as o have repeated myself 3 times on calls but they don’t understand.. I AM NOT WHO U ARE LOOKING FOR. CONTACT THE CORRECT PERSON!!!!!!! And remove me from your database!
