Poor service ER Consulting

HelloPeter, my encounter with ER Consulting is that I was at Olivedale hospital and medical aid paid there was outstanding fee that I had to Pay, I consulted in Feb and Made payment on the 3/4 March after receiving their message.

However their accounts teams seems to not know what they're required to do, payment done using their reference and link they provided on the system.

They failed to do bookkeeping on their end and ended up escalating me to Nudebt and I engaged with them and send the proof of payment. They confirmed that ER Consulting was not supposed to have escalated my account.

Now I have trace alerts against my profile and can't apply for credit. This is abuse and is ******** to do this.

I have called numerous times and send proof of payment. I will be logging this complaint with the ombudsman as well as I feel abused by this company.

Their 0861 number us now not working when I try to keep on calling. Useless service and I'm so disappointed and feel harassed by their treatment.
