Poor service

We had 2 incidents at Hillcrest private hospital where we were left extremely upset. The first incident was in November last year when the casualty doctor said my 7 year old was just constipated and sent us off. A week later my daughter was still in pain and I took her for an ultrasound. They found that her appendix was very inflamed and she needed surgery to have it removed.

Yesterday(10/07/23) we went to casualty and was sent off with a script. I went to the pharmacy to get meds but the pharmacist couldn’t understand what was written so he called the hospital to see if they could check the file or check with the doctor. We were told to call back later and that they don’t have the details for the casualty doctor. Absolutely disgusting service
