POOR SERVICE

I took my some to ER Consulting (Emergency rooms) at the Rose Avres clinic on the 17th of March and what a terrible experience. My so fainted twice at home and we decided to take hime to the emergency rooms at the Rose Acres hospital, it was around half past 6 in the morning. We sat in the reception area of the emegency area for about a half an hour and then my son got a fit and then I started to shout at some of the staff to get a bed and also to get som e help because of his seizure. They only then help me and the excuse was that theey are busy with a shift change. So the patient can die, but never go to the emergency if they have a shift change.
