Poor handling of account

Poor handling of accounts - being handed over within 20 days after making part payment. No attempt of calls or arrangements were made. NuDebt also made no attempt and upon calling them them say they said they received part of information. (no payment history or all contact details). Trace alerts are now on my credit report. Please stop with being negligent when it comes to consumer debts
