Poor Admin

Received yet another sms from ER Consulting: ALERT:Mrs Mbatha , you are hereby given 48 hour Notice to pay your ER Consulting Acc, Ref ND ********** 4, Bal R30.03 Call ********** 641 to avoid legal action. I call again I get someone who does not know what is account for?, service date? who received service? which branch? No statement emailed to me, previously I gave email address but still no response. If company is asking for donations just say so. How do you demand payment without proof of service???? can someone explain this to me!!!! I don't know if this is poor admin, *********** call Centre staff, or just all of the above. When person calls than you must be prepared to give answers.
