PATHETIC SERVICES
Staff do not read emails properly and they do not notify you before handing accounts over to Van Rhyns Attorneys. They need to follow up with patients medical aids and inform patients if they need to pay. I have paid the attorneys in full but they do not ever respond especially Louis as they sent me an email saying they handing my account to the credit bureau. Now that my account is settled no one responds to send a statement that the account is settled. Also as per the medical aid they have settled ER regarding the other amount that was handed over so ER needs to sort this out with the attorneys.

30 Jan 2025, 11:07According to the medical aid the amount of R960 was paid to ER Consulting so why is VR attorneys still contacting me. I have all the emails from ER stating they would sort this out. What do you expect I must pay the attorneys when you people got paid. Since December I'm still waiting for 3 statements to show there is nothing outstanding. The attorneys Jessica and Louis don't ever respond but to quick send emails will be handed over to credit bureau. Er Consulting need to do their job properly takes months to send statements not owing anything but every day will get reminders to pay.
