Pathetic Service -- Netcare Greenacres Hospital!!

Super Disappointment in the service received from ER Consulting and Netcare Greenacres Hospital!!! My mom was involved in an accident on the 26 October 2023, was rushed into the Emergency with an ambulance and they continued to treat her without getting an authorization from her medical aid, now medical aid refuses to pay because they say hospital should have given her a authorization number and hospital say its my moms responsibility, now all I want to know if you in complete shock and pain how do you take your phone while strapped to a gurney with possible neck and back injuries to phone your medical aid!!!!!! This is UTTER Nonsense, ER Consulting and Netcare GREENACRES Hospital admin staff did not do their work that day now its super easy just sending her the bill and best of ALL HAND her OVER where SHE has TOP Notch medical plan!!!!!!

My QUESTION IS WILL THIS BE CORRECTED!!!!!
