PATHETIC MEDICAL SERVICE.

This is the Medical Group that runs the Emergency Section at the Olivedale Clinic. I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma & Amiloidosis by Cardiologist & Haematologist, both of whom work at Olivedale hospital, On the 3ed March 2024 my wife took me to the Emergency, as my breathing was very shallow and not good, This was after talking to the Haematologist, who told us what to tell the Emergency Department. After 5hrs of waiting, I was finally admitted to the High Care section for Respiratory complications. Turns out I had Bronchial Pneumonia. I fail to understand why they never listened to what we said, as I was an existing patient at the Hospital. To add injury to insult. they then start harassing for the bill, which they submit to Medical Aid, without telling you, so you pay in good faith AND THEY GET PAID BY THE MEDICAL AID, Now in June you receive an email saying that they have a credit for you. omplete the attached form, proof of Bank details, ID etc, You the later receive another form, where you have to confirm Banking details. Sent.Phoned on the 2nd July. where they confirmed payment would be made Friday 5th, NO PAYMENT. Phoned today 9th July 2024, Now they can't find the forms and will get back to me. (Don't hold your breathe. ) Pathetic Service. Wouldn't recommend you use one of their Doctors.
