Pathetic

I visited one of their hospitals last year September during load shedding, payment was done immediately at hospital for both Dr and hospital account. First somehow they been bombarding my mother with calls, I called them send them my bank statement etc to proof the transaction went through and now I am being handed over to Nudebt which affects my credit record. Nudebt just as useless this problem have to be resolved with their client and internally with EC Consulting. So sick of this.
