I had a terrible experience at Zamokuhle Hospital. My husband was rushed there and, without medical aid, we had to pay cash upfront for treatment and blood tests. Despite paying in advance, we were later informed that he still owed money. This isn’t the first time; when our daughter was admitted, even with medical aid, we were overcharged and aggressively pursued for payment. ER Consulting seems more interested in making money than providing care. This behavior is unacceptable and feels like a ****.
