Nasty consultant, bad attitude

<p>My apparent account was handed over to Nudebt without my knowing. I called ER because I could not reach Nudebt. I spoke to *** who was extremely snotty while I repeatedly told him that all I want is to pay up the bill. All this guy did was dish me a terrible attitude, asking me to call Nudebt because although he could retrieve my account, he could not find this particular bill because once they hand it over, it gets deleted from their system. He was not ready to answer any questions. The call dropped. He called me back and told me that "he made the effort" to return my call. Errr? Terrible service, nasty attitude. He was quite okay with me complaining and escalating this matter. I finally reached Nudebt who confirmed that this was not my bill in the first place.</p>
