Mystery Shopping doesn't pay, They Lie

I have done a mystery shopping for King Pie in early 2020 and I haven't got the payment. I spent petrol, bought a pie, scanned the slip, submitted audio and pictures but no payment. Geraldine is not even helping at all. Refund me the money I bought the pie.
