Most useless group

If I could give no stars I would.

I was at linmed and paid for everything cash and before I left I asked if there are any outstanding amounts to be paid and I have been assured there are no fees at all and that all has been paid.

Now I keep getting messages threatening that I need to make payment but I have already sent through paperwork that all has been paid and everyone I speak to says they will look into this and get back to me but to no surprise no one does. I have even asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and have left my details being assured I will be contacted but of course no one does.

This is the absolute worst group to work with and will never go to any of their operating hospitals again.
