Money grabbing- no patient care

Good day, it took this company over 18 months to send me an account and it had false claims on. They fixed one line, but I am still disputing another line. I am still waiting for a response. Suddenly I have been handed over to a collections firm. When I call, the supervisors are always in meetings- such an old excuse. I aske for a reference to the call to be sent to me and get told I need to write it down. And call us ended with Sharp! I am not impressed, and will take this further if not resolved
