Losing faith in the healthcare system

I went to casualty on last Saturday. The doctor who helped me was lovely. However, somehow, doctors changed and around 03:00am, I was told that I am being discharged. I verbalised to the nurse that I am not happy with this as I still did not have any answers. Anyways, I leave. The next day, I have even more pain and decide to return. From the moment I walked in, the first staff member who saw me asked me:”why are you back?” with a really unwelcoming tone. I eventually get sent to a bed. After waiting for more than 2 hours to see the doctor (he would not let the nurse give something for pain), he walks into the room, laughs and asks why I am back. I explain the pain worsening (which is a terrible question in itself because who goes to casualty for fun?) and then proceeds to ask me if I’m sure that this is “not all in my head”. I eventually left there with less answers than I came with the night before. Incredibly disappointed in the treatment I received and will probably not even go to a casualty in Gqeberha again after this experience. My faith and confidence in the people who were supposed to be compassionate and caring has faltered
