LISTED FOR NO REASON

I would like to express my disappointment with ER consulting for sending my name to be listed by their debt collectors, i was admitted in hospital November 2022 and the was a short payment due to the fact that I didn't have the enough savings fine I started getting sms that I'm owing them money I requested my medical scheme to transfer all the short payments to my new savings for 2023 so I can make all the payments. they gave me all the list of everything that I owed which I made all the outstanding I'm not sure my the outstanding amount for ER consulting did not show there and shortly after I was sent to the debt collector called NU Debt i told them I don't know why I was sent to them cause I thought everything was paid from the savings account I told them to give me the outstanding amount so I can settle it which i did and I'm still getting calls that I'm going to be listed for not paying legal fees I'm being charged and listed for legal fees really? I was sent to the debt collectors for no reason and even after settling for what I owed I'm being listed for legal fees
