Kings of spam on accounts already paid

I am sure the doctors do their best but the whole business runs on ************ and spamming you for accounts to be paid even AFTER they have been paid. They do not seem to understand that when one is in hospital you cannot pay an account the day following admission and that still has to go to your medical insurance as you have an authorisation code (which ER does not bother to get). Also they do not seem to understand the 30 day period for paying an account. I think their behaviour borders on *******. As patients we have no choice who treats us when we are admitted to emergency wards and they are abusing this. I do not think they will react to this and I don't know how one can avoid being treated by this firm ....
