Is there a zero star rating..?
11 April 2024 I was sent to Casualty at Ethekwini Hospitak for stitches by SANBS after passing out. All costs were authorized for payment by SANBS. In August all bills submitted had been settled by them and I signed off their payment. In December I received a statement for an overdue doctors bill from ER Consulting. I have requested a copy of original mail with invoice and they have admitted that their accounts department is at fault, but ignore my request for original invoice. They have now handed me to NuDebt to collect payment.. No answers to my queries.. No interaction apart from requesting payment from me 8 months later... pitiful lack of service both is invoicing on time, and submitting payment request to the correct party...
Strongly advise against any dealings with ER Consulting.

B: Use the services of a debt collector prior to sending an invoice.
Please give an estimation of "soon" urgently.
