Inexperienced Drs.

ER Consulting Doctors don't know what they are doing. I went on on the 30Th Dec 2023 with severe abdominal pains (im pregnant). All this Dr did was press my stomach, she pulled a broken sonar machine. Then called my Gynae who advised them to send me to maternity & he'll take over. A few days later i received an invoice of R1790. FOR WHAT?! WHAT DID SHE DO TO HELP ME?! I called ER Consulting offices and disputed the Invoice, Their agents are RUDE! Instead I did not get any help! I HATE THEIR SERVICE, I DON'T EVEN WANT THEM TO TOUCH ME AGAIN COS THEY ARE USELESS. THEY CHARGED ME DOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! My invoice went from R960 to R1296. And they handed me over while 'Investigating' the dispute.
