ER consulting has a bunch of *********** staff working for them. I had to open a file twice in one evening with my wife in labour, they also didn't realise till it was almost too late that she was in labour. At a certain number of weeks into pregnancy they are supposed to send pregnant women to the maternity ward, which they also didn't do. They didn't put the claim through to my medical aid either and are now sending debt collectors after me, which is how I heard for the first time I had an outstanding account with them. My address and phone number on record were wrong when I phone and enquired about the account. Miraculously I started receiving sms's from them after refusing to give them my number over the phone.
