***********, incapable and unprofessional

What an *********** organisation. I have called daily for 3 weeks and have spoken to agents who quote parrot fashion and put the phone down if you insist on speaking to somebody senior. Eventually today I was promised a manager would call me before 2pm. It seems as if they forgot to mention what day, month or year they would call before 2pm. Im still waiting. They follow up on nothing, maybe they are just not capable but are very good at sending out threats. Id also love to know who gave them the authority to contravene the POPI act and give out my personal details to an even more *********** organisation. I smell a legal battle...with them as the defendant. I suggest a call from a senior staff member - if there is such a thing.
