Horrible service

My medical aid short paid Er consulting for a hospital visit long story short I escalated the medical aid to the medical aid board . During that time I got calls everyday from Er Consulting for the remaining balance I explained murltiple time I'm awaiting feedback from the medical aid hoard they proceeded to hand me over to an attorney for collection the attorney threatend to list this on my ITC . The medical aid ended up paying them all the money owed a week ago now I am struggling to get my R400 that I paid .

They are arrogant the manager I defensive ans obviously I'm upset no customer care she simply said I will.get the refund forms when she decides to send it I must understand that they are working on skeleton staff the payment was made on the 21st of November I've sent multiple emails nobody sends a refund form they were quick to threaten me with an ITC listing now that they owe me they choose to treat me like ****.
