HORRIBLE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
The accounts department are absolutely useless. DO NOT respond to emails and DO NOT answer their phones. Made payments which DO NOT reflect on our statement and then trhreatened to hand us over for collection. Keep emailing them asking for a statement that reflects our payments, but DO NOT get anything. Even our attorney asked for a statement, they sent a reply to her after more than a week with NO statement attached. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE
