Harassing Inefficient ****mers
This organisation operates like a total ****!? They keep harassing me for a payment that my medical insurance is willing to settle, all that they've been asking and waiting for is clinical notes and to everyone's surprise the notes are not coming! Instead I keep getting threats that I'll be handed over?? What madness is this?
I had taken my daughter to the ER and their doctor saw us for less than 5 minutes, turns out we just had a false alarm of what we thought could've been HFM disease. We had no meds given, no tests, no nothing just 5 minutes chat and basic chat, so I guess there are no notes but they won't admit that instead they will try to fish that money out of my pocket?! What kind of ****mers are these guys????
