Handing over accounts without credit controll process taken

<p>I received an sms from NuDebt Management - handing me over for the amount of R44.10. Services rendered in August 2016.</p> <p>I never received an account, phone call or email until today 04/04/2017.</p> <p>When calling NuDebt Management they could not give me information as to the credit control process that was followed - the reason why they handed me over is that they could not get hold of me because they didnt have a email address or phone number since August. When asking how this is possible because they've send me a sms to my number today and this number has not changed - she could not answer me !</p> <p>If I was contacted via phone or email regarding this account it would have been settled long ago.</p>
