Handed Over Prematurely

I am a cardiac patient. Went to ER for Chest pains. Awaiting motivation from Dr for medical aid to pay. Several calls falls on Deaf Ears at eThekwini Heart Hospital. I have called several times no response. They then hands you over to attorneys and Debt Collectors. All we need is motivation from the Dr on duty.
