EXTREMELY TERRIBLE UGLY AND DEMANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people called me in the middle of October to advise me that my medical aid did not cover certain expenses that they charged to it i told the person that called me that I will pay the fees to them at the END OF OCTOBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY HAVE BEEN HARRASING ME SINCE THEN TO PAY THE AMOUNT I am aware that I owe this amount to them please Do NOT MAKE PEOPLE FEEL LIKE *********!!!!!!!!!! I WILL TAKE THIS COMPLAINT TO THE OMBUDSMAND ALSO DONT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PAY U AFTER ONE OF YOUR CONSULTANTS HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BY THE END OF OCTOBER TODAY IS NOT THE DAMN END OF OCTOBER I HAVE EMAILS AND SMS OF THE CONSTANT REMINDERS OF THIS AND I AM NOW TIRED OF THIS TREATMENT
