ERconsulting docter charges more than 300% than a normal docter and treats pneumonia with heartburn bmedication

I whe t thet to ER consulting at Trichardt mediclinic for chest pains and having difficulty to breath due to pneumonia. The docter gave me heartburn nedicine and injected me to calm me down saying heartburn and panic attack is giving me chest pains and making it difficult to breath because my bloodtests are normal. I had to go to my GP next day because the heartburn medicine is not working . He gave me medication for pneumonia and said the blood results from hospital clearly shows my infection count is high . After all of this my medical aid doesnt cover the bill because ER consulting Docter charges more than 300% the rate of a normal docter.
