ERC horrible communication and I have not received my refund. It’s been a month

I had severe abdominal pain( as I am pregnant), I’d been there from 9 am was not assisted till 1pm when a dr came and said they will call my gynaecologist instead. My gynaecologist asked that I be sent to maternity and I was admitted. The nurses were having they own meetings and some busy on their phones the whole time and I was in severe pain, I was crying. Fast forward I was asked to then make payment for the service that I got from them and I did only to find that my medical aid made the payment, requested for refund and I sent through all the documents they needed and three weeks later I have still not received my refund, no response to my mails. I tried calling but the consultant said to send an email to accounts and that was it. ERC consulting is the worst, horrible service and customer care. I honestly believe that they should just rather close down cause they don’t know how to deal with customers.
