ER Consulting Poor Account Department Service

Terrible service from ER Consulting Accounts Department at St Georges Hospital Gqeberha. I have been receiving smss that I have been handed over to Nudebt and will be blacklisted for an account that I NEVER RECEIVED. Upon further enquiry it came out that ER Consulting made a typing error when capturing my email and has been sending it to an account that does not exist. After they realized they made a mistake I was told the matter would be escalated. Now all my emails are simply being ignored.

This all after paying a bill received from Life St Georges hospital which Life St Georges indicated is for ER Consulting for the exact same date as the account that I was handed over for. So now I'm being billed twice (By Life St Georges and ER Consulting) for the same ER Consulting visit. Never admitted to hospital during the ER Consulting visit.

Nobody seem to be able to assist in how to fix this billing issue.
