ER Consulting - Netcare Linmed Benoni atrocious!

If I could give ER Consulting less than a 1 star I would. Not only was it the worst ER a experience I have experienced at Netcare Linmed Benoni, after having waited I don’t know how many hours in their ER while going through a miscarriage the end of July.

I am now being harassed by ER CONSULTING concerning an outstanding bill which is absolute nonsense because I paid everything in cash upfront on the day.

I would never again recommend Netcare Linmed to anyone neither their external company who operates their ER. On the day I could see and experienced the complete lack of disorganisation , patients waiting for hours ( they don’t even have their own reception) everyone gets directed to hospital admissions which takes another 1 -2 hours to process and then afterwards the nerve to not check their records and then continually harass me to settle an outstanding invoice when I paid everything in cash upfront!

The nerve and to think this is private medical care - they should be ashamed and their system is in a shambles.
