ER Consulting needs to be held accountable
Firstly I see that ER Consulting only respond to positive reviews so not sure who runs their whole department that they don’t even take the time to rectify and improve their services.
None the less they are as *********** as our electrical situation in our country, worse really because there are absolutely NO lights on in that department!!!!
Since June they have been sending statements where we have been invoiced for services rendered at Wilmed Park Hospital for a family member born in 2020 but service dates are in 2***.
When speaking to their non competent staff, they advise me to look at the invoice date of the service…… mmmmm ok, so my daughter born in 2020 was in hospital on that invoice date….. yes they say 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
Fast forward November, after relentless phone calls and an email from my side they have now handed me over to debt collectors, NuDebt, even though i am paying them R200 a month as a courtesy until they can sort out their own admin and explain how this is possible and how this can go back further than the statutory 5 year debt act? And why now?
Now I have debt collectors on my case, and the debt collectors are using my MEDICAL EMERGENCY contact to try and collect these fees too 🤦🏼♀️ what happened to the POPI act here I wonder too.
When I try and call, the minute I give my ERC number they hang up!
Is there anyone that can help and advise me so I can report them to the credit or medical ombudsman and report the Hopsital, ER Consulting and debt collection agency to the POPI ACT?
Honestly how do these people employ and get employed
